Is this really "Episode 1 of Season 2" Such an episode is no shown in the wikipedia article of good luck charlie eps.

This episode is not in Season 1. And may not be in Season 2 either.

Forget about what Wikipedia says or not. You do not get accurate information always.

This episode was shot after season 1 shoot. So it can be said that it's from Season 2 but they can be kept separately as a series of "Special Episodes".
